Here's what we're looking for
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full product development lifecycle, from defining clear scopes and functional requirements to prioritizing and managing the product backlog in alignment with company strategy. You will oversee planning and execution across multiple Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery through effective backlog management, work breakdown structures, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
This role also involves participating in quality reviews, acceptance testing, and documentation of functional requirements to support test planning and system design. You will provide hands-on leadership to your team, fostering clarity, minimizing rework, and ensuring that every product initiative meets performance and strategic goals.
Your daily responsibilities
- Own and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with strategic business goals;
- Translate business objectives into actionable execution plans and lead product release planning with engineering, QA, and business teams;
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical impact, and stakeholder input;
- Gather and refine stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements and documentation (PRDs, BRDs, user stories, etc.);
- Collaborate with Business Analysis and QA teams to ensure requirement quality and traceability;
- Define acceptance criteria aligned with QA strategies and ensure formal stakeholder approval before development;
- Serve as the main point of contact between product, tech, operations, and business units.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to clarify priorities, trade-offs, and deliverables;
- Communicate product strategy and progress to leadership, translating technical details into business terms;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog items are development-ready with full context;
- Track progress, manage risks, and coordinate release readiness, including stakeholder demos and training support;
- Oversee internal documentation and training material preparation, maintaining accountability for content quality.
Your skills and experience
- University degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, marketing, communications, economics, or finance, or in any other relevant field related to product development and management;
- 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech or similarly complex technical environments;
- An Agile certification is highly recommended, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I or II), or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), particularly in large-scale Agile environments;
- Product management certifications are considered a strong asset;
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment, with solid proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
