Here's what we're looking for
We are looking for a Growth & Retention Manager to own user engagement, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
You will work closely with the Director of Growth & Innovation and Product teams to turn data and user behavior into high-impact engagement strategies using CleverTap.
This is a hands-on role, focused on experimentation, automation, and continuous optimization.
Your daily responsibilities
- Own CleverTap lifecycle campaigns (push, email, SMS, in-app);
- Build and manage behavior-based segments;
- Design and optimize triggered journeys (onboarding, abandonment, reactivation, payment reminders);
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, channels, and offers;
- Improve conversion rate, retention, and churn;
- Partner with Product & Analytics to define success metrics;
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights;
- Ensure compliant and user-friendly communication frequency.
Your skills and experience
- 2–4 years experience in Growth / Retention / Lifecycle Marketing;
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap (or Braze, MoEngage, WebEngage);
- Strong understanding of user behavior & funnels;
- Data-driven mindset (you don’t need SQL, but you understand metrics);
- Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or subscription products is a big plus;
- Comfortable working with North American products and users;
- Excellent written English.
