Director, FP&A

Here’s What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Director, FP&A who will play a key role in the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting activities. This individual will be responsible for structuring the budgeting cycle, developing financial models, and providing strategic analyses to support business decision-making.

We are seeking an analytical, proactive, and results-driven professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and is passionate about continuously improving tools, processes, and the organization’s financial performance.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and financial planning cycle;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and rolling financial forecasts;
  • Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses;
  • Create KPI dashboards and management reports for leadership;
  • Analyze budget variances and explain performance fluctuations;
  • Collaborate with teams to support business and investment decisions;
  • Develop and optimize financial reporting in Power BI;
  • Participate in strategic projects related to financing, profitability, pricing, and growth;
  • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with BI teams;
  • Improve financial processes and reporting tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA considered an asset;
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis;
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling;
  • Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation;
  • Good knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent tools;
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central or NetSuite;
  • Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Autonomous, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement;
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services is considered an asset.
